Refund and Cancellation Policy

• More than 14 days before event:   Full refund of any payments made.
• 7–14 days before event:   50% refund of the total booking amount. 
• Less than 7 days before event:   No refund. Full payment is still required due to scheduling, staffing, and animal preparation.

• If severe weather creates unsafe conditions for animals or handlers, Small Batch Cattle Co may cancel at its discretion.
• Customers may reschedule at no additional cost, or receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

         Our animals are part of our family, and we prioritize their health and safety.  If we must cancel due to animal health, transportation issues, or unforeseen circumstances:

• Customers may choose a full refund or free rescheduling.
• We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer (venue, décor, etc.).
• If a customer is acting in an unsafe manner to our animals and we find it necessary to remove them from the premises, no refund will be given.

• Rescheduling is allowed if requested 14+ days before the event, though the new date is not guaranteed until a confirmation is received.
• Rescheduling within 7 days is subject to a $50 rescheduling fee, due to staffing, animal preparation...etc.  The new date is not guaranteed until a confirmation is received.

• These are animals.  There is a strong likelihood there will be fur, dirt, drool and yes, poo.   Please expect this at your event or photo shoot.  We do NOT refund for this. 
• Approved refunds are issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

If the customer is not present at the event location within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the booking is considered a no‑show and no refund will be issued.
