Activity: Visiting the farm property, interacting with livestock, and participating in on‑site activities.

I understand that visiting a farm involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: uneven terrain, mud, weather conditions, insects, farm equipment, fences, gates, and interactions with livestock that may behave unpredictably. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with being on the property.

I hereby release and hold harmless Small Batch Cattle Co, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising from injuries, accidents, or property loss occurring on the farm premises.

I understand that animals may bite, kick, push, scratch, or behave unpredictably. I agree not to feed, chase, tease, or attempt to handle any animal unless specifically instructed and supervised by Small Batch Cattle Co staff.

I acknowledge that the farm contains natural and man‑made hazards, including equipment, tools, electric fencing, water sources, and uneven ground. I agree to exercise caution and supervise any minors in my care at all times.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Small Batch Cattle Co to seek medical treatment for myself or any minor under my supervision. I understand that I am responsible for all associated costs.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Small Batch Cattle Co from any claims or expenses resulting from my visit or the visit of any minors or guests under my supervision.

If signing for a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility for the minor’s safety and behavior while on the property.
